国内机械加工行业大量使用乳化液，其废弃液一直是严重污染环境却又未能有效解决的难题。以往国内对废液的处理研究，主要针对油基类乳化液，重点解决COD和油的排放污染问题。目前常用的废乳液处理工艺主要为隔油、气浮、曝气、微生物氧化等工艺，这些工艺往往存在处理速度慢、工艺复杂、流程长、占地面积大、处理效果难于达到国家规定的净化水排放标准。随着水基类切削液使用的普及率不断提高，原有处理技术更难以适应新型废液处理的需求。为了克服现有技术的不足，绿水机械提供了一种废乳化液的膜处理技术，通过设备的自循环来实现废乳液分离的目的。具体流程如下：乳化液废水膜处理系统，乳化液废水池与隔油池连接，隔油池与离心机连接，离心机与纸带过滤机连接，纸带过滤机与中和池连接，中和池与金属管式膜处理装置连接，金属管式膜处理装置与有机膜处理装置连接，有机膜处理装置与干燥蒸发器连接，干燥蒸发器与污泥回收罐连接，该系统可实现全自动运行，操作运行简单方便，采用了新型膜分离技术，在乳化液废水得到有效处理的同时，可有效降低废水排放量，浓缩纯化后的乳化油可以再利用，大大减少了污染物排放，经济效益和社会效益巨大。
