In order to improve the rust resistance of the emulsion used in machine tool cutting, sodium nitrite and other additives are also added. At present, demulsification is carried out in the oil collecting tank of the original acid-base system. Sodium humic acid is used as the demulsifier. The wastewater after demulsification is sent to the acid-base system pre sedimentation tank for oil-water separation. Due to the short residence time and natural separation, the separation effect is poor, resulting in high oil content in the sludge precipitated by the acid-base system, which often causes blocking of the inclined plate of the sedimentation tank and the filter cloth of the filter press, seriously affecting the normal operation of the sedimentation tank and the plate frame filter press; At the same time, due to the high concentration of oil in wastewater, it poses a great threat to the stable and efficient operation of detection instruments and water treatment systems in wastewater treatment stations. Disposal method of waste emulsion

The methods for treating emulsion wastewater include chemical demulsification, chemical electrolysis, activated carbon adsorption or ultrafiltration (or reverse osmosis), salting out, coagulation, acidification, and composite methods. The commonly used method is salt precipitation coagulation mixing, which removes surfactants and other substances from water quality purification. Electrolytes are added to the emulsion, and the ions of the electrolyte undergo a strong hydration effect in the emulsion, which is called water competition. This reduces the free water molecules in the emulsion and dehydrates the oil droplets, thereby damaging the hydration layer of the emulsion oil droplets, neutralizing their electrical properties, and damaging their double layer structure, As a result, the oil droplets lose their stability and produce condensation phenomena (electrolytes are generally divided into bivalent and trivalent salts such as calcium, magnesium, and aluminum).
