In 2017, our company collaborated with Linamar Automotive Systems (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. on a sewage treatment project. The company's business scope includes the development and production of automatic transmissions, disc brake assemblies, electric power steering systems, and the aforementioned product components and components.

Our company collaborates with Linamar Automotive Systems (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. for a 1500 ton/year waste emulsion disposal project (including waste liquid disposal at two locations: 106 Meiyu Road and 11 Xinrong Road).
Project location: No. 106 Meiyu Road, Meicun, Wuxi City (installation and operation location of sewage treatment equipment).
Project scale: 1500 tons/year waste emulsion treatment project.
Inlet and outlet standards: The raw water is taken from the waste emulsion of Linamar Automotive Systems (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. Inflow: COD: ≤ 90000 mg/L (not more than 100000). Effluent: Internal operation indicator COD: ≤ 400 mg/L (as an internal control indicator during actual operation) External emission indicator COD: ≤ 500 mg/L (third level emission standard).
Main equipment for sewage treatment: raw liquid collection bucket, filter press, intermediate collection bucket, impurity free raw liquid collection bucket, ultrafiltration device, primary water production device, primary water collection tank, secondary water production device, secondary water collection tank, tertiary water production device, tertiary water collection tank, and standard water collection tank.
